I've spent the last fifteen years moving between two worlds that don't usually talk to each other. The first is creative - a career as a songwriter and producer that taught me more about what makes something genuinely resonate with people than anything I've studied since. The second is organisational - close to a decade working across strategy and operations, learning how businesses actually function beneath the surface of what the world sees.
Burnt Grove is where those two worlds finally come together. I started it because I kept seeing the same opportunity in founders I admired - businesses with a clear, compelling vision that, with the right support, could be fully realised in what the world actually experiences. The brand and operation pulling together, rather than slightly apart. I wanted to be the person who helps make that happen, for founders who care too much about what they're building to settle for anything less.
